Corestar Pilates
This Saturday class will be a monthly mixed format focusing on building strength. I have spent most of my fitness career teaching strength-based classes and have seen the benefits in my own body. Now we are hearing more often about research proving the benefits of strength training as we age, especially for women. Join me with your (light) weights for a class to help you feel stronger and gain those benefits of added muscle strength! 
Strength classes focus on building strength through using TRX or hand weights.
