Please register for class at least three hours prior to start time. If there are no clients registered for class at that time, the class may be canceled.

Common props used in our classes may include flex bands, small stability balls, large stability balls, yoga blocks, yoga blanket, hand weights, and foam rollers. Please check the class description for specifics. 

Most of these props can be found in sport supply stores, like Dick's Sporting Goods or even Target. Amazon is also a good source for props. Substitutes may also be suggested during classes.
