Common props used in our classes may include flex bands, small stability balls, large stability balls, yoga blocks, yoga blanket, hand weights, and foam rollers. Please check the class description for specifics.
Most of these props can be found in sport supply stores, like Dick's Sporting Goods or even Target. Amazon is also a good source for props. Substitutes may also be suggested during classes.
