During times of stress we hold tension in areas of our body often in an unconscious way. Over time this pattern of tension is held in our muscles and begins to misalign the body, leaving us in pain. During this relaxing class, we will focus on breath, and releasing the entire body; focusing on tight hips and legs, the spine, the shoulders and upper back.
