Supporting the Auburn Food Bank in Auburn, Washington (the location of our former studio), this Sampler is four 30-minute classes: Yoga, Barre, Pilates Mat, and Cardio. You can join us for one, two, or even all four. We are asking for donations to our food bank, but if you wish to make a donation to your local food bank, let us know and we will register you for the class.
