Ruth's favorite exercise modalities (Pilates, Yoga, and Yamuna Body Rolling) combined for a full body stretch, flow, strengthen, and release. Each class will vary depending on the needs of the participants. Overall, this class focuses on mobility and will help to balance strength and flexibility in order to feel the mind/body connection.
