This Tabata-style circuit class features cardio and strength work. This class targets both the upper and lower body with five rounds of work alternating between plyometrics and free weights. Work out is about 30 minutes.

PROPS SUGGESTED: Light hand weights. You can substitute cans of food, water bottles or yoga blocks.
