Looking for a fast and effective way to tone and strengthen your body? Learn the secret all dancers know to achieving that long, lean and strong body…our Pilates based Barre class! Targeting the seat, thighs, abs and arms, we will work every muscle group to “feel the burn” challenging and strengthening the entire body in the process. Each segment is followed by stretching the muscles worked to create that long and lean look. This class is all low impact, easy on the joints, but with maximum results!

PROPS NEEDED: a Barre substitute (sturdy chair, half wall, anything you can hold onto and it won't fall over), and light hand weights (can substitute cans of food, bottles of water, or yoga blocks). You can take this virtual class without these props, especially the weights, but the Barre substitute will offer stability for the leg work portion.
