This class is fitting for all levels. We will cover the essential Pilates mat exercises that are suitable for any student new to Pilates, and incorporate different intermediate exercises for those more experienced Pilates students looking for more challenge. Props may be used such as balls, bands weights or other small props. Modifications will be offered to accommodate everyone. Join us on your mat for this core workout!
