This class is a great place for continuing students! We will incorporate the use of small props to essential and intermediate Pilates exercises to increase challenge and stability in movement. With this series you will improve core strength and stability, challenge yourself at your own pace and see improvement in your overall strength and flexibility. Small props may include: light hand weights, small stability balls, bands, rings, rollers.
